The Local in the Community

The Local Community Giveback program has been around for nearly a decade with a focus on providing funds to strengthen community action in Northeast Los Angeles. Throughout its existence, The Local has made monetary gifts to charitable causes for each completed transaction and responded to additional requests, when possible. Whether it’s our annual block party, donating to local food banks, neighborhood arborist walks, or the fruit exchange outside our Atwater Village office; our team name, The Local Real Estate Group, reflects our commitment to the communities we serve.
